Project description
This modern five-story office building is located near the River Thames and is named after it. The building provides office space of 11 600 m² in total, and 300 parking spaces. Geometric shapes and asymmetrical planes are characteristic to the architecture of the building, and there is an atrium built in its centre.
For this project Skonto Plan designed, produced and assembled all external facade constructions, total area of 6 500 m². Glazed aluminium curtain facade, glass-walled atrium facade with sliding doors and parapet also were produced and installed. Brise-Soleil sun protection system complements the facade on the roof level over the main entrance.
Skonto Plan also provided the necessary lifting mechanisms for the assembly of the facades.
